  1. Breakfast Muffins

Broccoli and Cheddar Soup

 

Ingredients - 

1 large potato - peeled and chopped

2 carrots - peeled and diced

1 large onion - peeled and diced

2 celery sticks - chopped

1 large bunch of broccoli - chopped

salt and pepper to taste

2 vegetable stock cubes

1 teaspoon of garlic paste or granules

150g of grated cheddar cheese

100ml of semi skimmed milk

 

Step 1 - After washing your hands, collect and prepare all your ingredients together.

Step 2 - Put all ingredients into a pan (except the milk and cheese), cover with water to just over the vegetables and bring to the boil. Simmer until the vegetables are soft.

Step 3 - Remove from the hob and add the milk and cheese.

Step 4 - Blend the mixture until smooth

Step 5 -  Blend the mixture until smooth

Step 6 - Serve with garlic bread and enjoy!
