Child's Annual Report Feedback

Your child's annual report is just one of the many ways that we communicate with you about your child's welfare and progress and whilst this year has been very different - we hope that you will still find your child's report useful and informative. This year's report is a slightly different version than usual to reflect the circumstances we are in. As usual we would appreciate and value comments that you might like to make. These could relate to your child's achievements outside of school and may also refer to the progress your child made during the time they were in school. ONLY WHEN YOU HAVE RECEIVED AND READ YOUR CHILD'S REPORT SHOULD YOU COMPLETE THIS FORM. Thank-you :-)
