Maths
The resources below are a consolidation of the Year 2/3 work that the children have been working on since returning to school. Place Value, Number, Addition are Subtraction are areas of maths where it is vital to have a solid foundation, so it is important that the work the children regularly practise these skills.
Reading Comprehensions - One or more of these can be completed each day. They are very short and will help the children to develop their reading comprehension skills.

Spelling - Choose a couple of word each day - practise reading and spelling them. Use the look, say, cover, write, check method.
Write sentences with the words in. Can you use more than one of the words in a sentence? How many of the words can you use in a sentence that makes sense?
